Problem Statement
DBG embarked on a digital transformation, D7 initiative which aims to enable the digitalisation of assets and securities through developing a technological platform with blockchain (DAML) at its core.
USABILITY ISSUES
Inconsistent User Flow: The design, layout, and interactions across different parts of the site or app are inconsistent, making it difficult for users to understand how to use the interface.
Streamlining Information: The interface is cluttered with too much information, making it difficult for users to focus on what is important.
Enhancing readability: The text is difficult to read due to small font sizes, poor contrast, or inappropriate font styles.
Addressing Technical Performance: The site or app is slow, unresponsive, or crashes frequently, leading to frustration and lost time for users.

Impact
Redefining Brand: We redefined branding UX and focused on creating a consistent and memorable experience across all touch points. That involved understanding the user’s needs, consistency, brand personality and innovation.
Visual Divider: We used visual divider UX that created a clear separation between different sections of content on the webpage. Focussing on creating clear visual hierarchy, organising information, and improving the overall user experience.
Speed and Performance: We improved the speed and responsiveness of the application, while also enhancing the user experience (UX), using several techniques which prioritise content above the fold, query search functionality and implement lazy loading.
